Sequencing Platform

We now offer NovaSeq X options up to 25B reads. The cost per read on the NovaSeq X is lower but turn around time for partial flow cell requests will take longer. For a quicker turnaround please select a full flow cell option. Partial flow cell submissions are now limited to set Read 1 and Read 2 cycling parameters.

NEW! We phased out MiSeq and replaced it with the new MiSeq i100, with significant cost reduction, increased data quality enabled with XLEAP-SBS chemistry, and shorter runtime.
